Called at 7AM on a Saturday with an acute mobility/pain issue. Was assisted by Brad, who immediately said not to worry, they would see us today. Dropped my Basset off at 8:00 and she received excellent care throughout the day. Dr. Walling called us twice with updates. Resting at home now and on the mend. Everyone we met there was awesome. Will be our new vets from now on for our 3 dogs. Thank you West Eugene Animal Hospital team.

I have been taking my pets here for decades. They helped me with my last dog who died of cancer. Currently I have a large (113 lb) dog who is very sweet but since having surgery 3 years ago hates the vet. She becomes a monster at the vet and very hard to treat. They’ve worked to develop a protocol for treatment that keeps her and everyone safe even though it takes more time and energy on their part. Everyone there is allays kind and helpful. I highly recommend them.

New patient here. My dog had the case of explosive diarrhea and I couldn't get him in anywhere but here, we normally go to a different vet but they were booked out for weeks. The front desk assistants were great, over hearing them answering phone calls very professionally, the techs were great, docs were super nice! I appreciated how fast in and out we got and how attentive they were to my dog and I. I did not once felt rushed or not heard. I am considering coming here more often for my dog because of the staffing and I live across town! Very impressed.
