Disappointed. After using this practice for almost two decades I can no longer trust this office. Incredibly disorganized. They could not find either of my dogs vaccine records when requesting a simparica trio refill. Mind you this is a refill of a medication that requires vaccines so it should have been obvious they had them at some point within the year. They could however find a bill for said vaccine that I supposedly did not pay because mysteriously it only said pending in their files. I was never contacted in any way about this unpaid bill until my next visit 6 months later and had no invoices to reference because someone transposed letters in my name when entering my email in their files. They also could not find a past estimate in their system I requested and the office manger implied that I was a liar and this estimate never existed because that somehow seemed more likely than them not having great organization skills with their files.

We visited Dr.Chen for our first visit with our cat and Dr.Chen was incredibly kind and caring. We are already much happier here than with our last veterinarian. The entire staff is welcoming and the whole atmosphere here is very comfortable. We were recommended by a friend and we are so happy we made the switch, highly suggest.

Dr.Yamada has been very kind, thorough and compassionate with my dog. It has been a good experience with the exams/treatments and staff as well!
