FEEL COMPLETELY SCAMMED I took my 8 month old kitten in because he was losing weight & had a swollen face : 2 days before I Booked an urgent care appointment for noon over the phone …. But when I got there I wasn’t seen until 1:30 —— The vet lady tried to tell me one of my cats nuts was internal and he would need extensive surgery to be nurtured , I asked her to look again because I know I seen both of his balls ,and she said “oh there it is” misdiagnosed in my face gave me NO reassurance. Charged me $130 & all they told me was that my cat had fleas. Quoted me over $700 to take blood tests to find out if he was ok . Didn’t tell me what to do with him other than go to another vet . I even had to wait 15 minutes after “for paperwork to come through “ to pay….. The desk ladies were very nice tho I feel completely scammed and will not be coming back Be careful signing the paper and turning it in BEFORE you get seen because I should have walked out but I singed a paper agreeing to pay because I thought they would be more helpful

So we confronted the vets about some stuff with our dog, my husband gave them a 1 star rating, instead of fixing the problem they dropped my dog from the practice. Just a heads up don’t go here please take your animal somewhere else they just take money and honestly don’t care about your pet… they shouldn’t have a practice anymore after all the reviews I have seen for the same reason… if you have a problem with the service instead of fixing it they tell you to go somewhere else… Definitely filing a complaint. Maybe hire competent veterinarians. Hello Jodi, It has come to our attention that you indicated displeasure with our services and healthcare team. The care given wasn’t terrible, the people I worked with were sweet and caring. The only concerns I have are pricing, I’m a phlebotomist and have a good idea of most procedures pricing. My dog who I believe had a uti went to the vet and they wanted $98 just to look at my dogs pee under a microscope for 5 mins. As a phlebotomist I know a urinalysis with a culture performed can’t be more than 50$ out of pocket with no insurance and that actually goes through an entire process not just a quick glance through a microscope. They also wanted to push an xray on me because there was a small amount of blood in her urine but I can’t afford that. For some reason they kept mentioning my dogs inability to sit still and how she’s easily distracted like it was a symptom of her uti but she’s been like that her entire life. I originally brushed off that the test was $98 as the care received was better than my last vet and I thought to myself “what if that is for before and after medication” nope that was for one urine sample. Just crazy…
